Orthodontics, patients receive personalised care and attention from a team of highly skilled and experienced orthodontic specialists, Dr Richard Salmon and Dr Linda Curl. With a focus on quality, personalised care, and patient satisfaction, Signature Orthodontics is the go-to choice for orthodontic treatment in Adelaide and the surrounding areas. Currently we are recruiting the key role of Business Manager to assist these efforts and lead our team.

Providing leadership to the Partners including business planning for development of the Group this role with have responsibility for the implementation of and oversight of staff management systems and processes; financial management and reporting; and ensuring that the business Practices are effective and progressive. Tasked with the responsibility of managing the business after a period of significant growth, this role will have a firm focus on maintaining current operations whilst evaluating opportunities to further embrace AI and technology to complement our efforts to deliver the best possible patient experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Business & Operations





-Overall management of the day-to-day operations of the practice

Financial & Commercial Management

-Responsibility for budgets, financial performance and reporting

People & Leadership

-Leading, developing and supporting a large multidisciplinary team

Patient Experience

-Maintaining consistently high standards of patient service across all locations

Marketing & Business Development

-Overseeing marketing initiatives and brand development

Compliance & Risk Management

-Ensuring the business operates in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations and professional requirements

Ideally suiting an individual with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, the incumbent will be trusted to work with a high degree of autonomy and self-directedness.

Applicants offering experience in leadership roles within the dental, medical or broader healthcare industry are encouraged, however individuals offering a transferable skill set with a commercial business or professional services background will be equally welcomed.
