The short version

This is a rare one — a true hybrid of business and marketing, right at the founder's side. You run the rhythm of the business and make sure Hilary has everything she needs to make the key calls, week to week and month to month. And you're hands-on with content — shooting, setting up, getting the tools and the moment ready so Hilary can create on a regular basis, then passing it to the brand team to edit and ship.

You report to Hilary, with a connection into the brand and marketing team. The Marketing Manager helps drive your objectives on the marketing side, so you're never working in isolation — you're the connective tissue between the founder and the function. Roles like this don't come along often.

What you'll own

- The rhythm of the business — the weekly and monthly cadence that keeps things moving and decisions on time.
- Founder support — making sure Hilary is organised & has the information, prep and structure to make key impacts and decisions across the business.
- Content capture — shooting and setting up content with Hilary, getting everything (and every tool) ready so she can execute regularly.
- Handover to brand — passing content through to the brand team for editing and delivery.
- Hilary's timelines — managing her schedule and making sure her content lands on time for launches and key marketing activities.
- Launch support — keeping the founder's deliverables aligned with the brand and marketing calendar.

How you'll work

You're equal parts organiser and maker.

One moment you're keeping the week on track and prepping Hilary for a decision; the next you're behind the camera capturing content on the run. You keep things calm, you follow through, and you make the founder's output effortless and on time.

- Reports to Hilary day-to-day,



with a strong line to the Brand & Community Manager on marketing objectives.
- Works closely with the brand team so content flows smoothly from capture to edit to delivery.
- Anticipates what's needed — ahead of launches, ahead of meetings, ahead of the moment.
- Hands-on with content tools and comfortable shooting on the fly, on the road and at events.

What you'll bring

- A blend of business/operations nous and marketing instinct — you're genuinely both.
- Experience running rhythms, schedules and processes for a busy leader or founder (EA / business management background).
- The ability to shoot and capture content yourself — you know what good looks like.
- Beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand experience is a strong plus.
- Exceptional organisation and follow-through — nothing slips.
- Calm, trusted and discreet — you're comfortable being close to the founder.
- Confident with content tools (Canva, AI tools, basic editing) and happy to hand off to specialists.
