Hays is partnering with a confidential government sector organisation based in Bendigo that is delivering a significant business improvement and organisational transformation program. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Readiness Lead to support the successful delivery of change initiatives across customer-facing and operational teams.

Your new role

Working closely with project teams, business leaders and operational stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating business readiness activities to ensure staff are prepared for process improvements, system enhancements and operational change.This is a highly collaborative position focused on stakeholder engagement, communication planning, business support and readiness activities across multiple projects and workstreams.

Key responsibilities include

- Conducting business readiness and change impact assessments• Developing communication, engagement and implementation plans• Creating learning materials, guides and business support resources• Coordinating testing participation and business readiness activities• Supporting leaders to communicate and implement change within their teams• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions• Monitoring risks,



issues and dependencies impacting readiness• Providing go-live support and assisting with successful adoption of current processes• Managing readiness activities across multiple concurrent initiatives• Building strong relationships across operational and project teams

What you will need to succeed

- Experience in Business Readiness, Change Management or Operational Readiness roles
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects and initiatives to strict deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience developing communications, training and learning materials
- Experience supporting frontline, customer service or contact centre environments
- Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills
- Experience with Jira, Miro and Microsoft 365 environments will be highly regarded
