Join our team to assist with the ieMR implementation at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and The Prince Charles Hospital.

Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032. Over the coming years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities.

Achieving the aims of the strategy requires a dedicated team with the knowledge, determination, and skills to deliver quality results.

Key knowledge and experience The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Provide an administrative and support function for all aspects of procurement for the ieMR program, including the management and reporting within the S4 financial system. This includes account management, requisitioning, purchase order creation and invoice verification on behalf of the program.
- Actively participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices. Identify areas for improvement and recommend/implement enhancements to existing practices.
- Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders facilitating effective communication channels to ensure the successful delivery of projects including feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
- Assist in monitoring and advising on variations in expenditure, revenue and activity, which affect budgetary performance and activity targets and the preparation of and finalisation of monthly reports.

About the role





- This role is full time with the standard hours of operation being 8:00am – 4:06pm, Monday to Friday.
- Flexible working arrangements such as variable working hours, working from home and flex accrual may be supported.
- There are opportunities for coaching, development, and career progression within the broader ieMR Project team.
- Travel across Metro North facilities may be required.
- The role is based at Campbell Place, directly opposite the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital
