At Tracc Civil, you'll be part of an experienced and supportive team, working on a variety of electrical infrastructure projects with the resources, training and opportunities to build a rewarding, long-term career.

Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience working in an underground Cable Jointer role
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) – Power Systems either Distribution Overhead or Distribution Cable Jointing
- Construction Induction (White) Card

Highly Regarded:

- Current unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence
- Western Power Basic Network Authority, Operational Induction and Substation Entry qualifications (highly regarded)
- Dual electrical qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, joint, terminate, repair and maintain underground electrical cables in accordance with approved standards, drawings and specifications.
- Plan and coordinate daily cable jointing activities with the Leading Hand or Supervisor, ensuring materials, equipment, permits and safety requirements are in place.
- Perform LV and HV cable jointing, terminations and testing within the scope of relevant competencies and authorisations.
- Conduct inspections,



testing and quality checks, ensuring accurate completion of required documentation.
- Identify and report faults, defects, hazards and quality concerns promptly.
- Follow safe work procedures and maintain a secure, clean and organised work environment.
- Work collaboratively with civil and electrical crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
