Front of House / Wait Staff – Flavors Patisserie Earlwood

We're looking for 2 friendly, reliable and experienced FOH staff to join our team at Flavors Patisserie in Earlwood!

Position Details:

- 2 positions available
- 15–25 hours per week per person
- Flexible roster, including weekend shifts
- Minimum 1 year of café or hospitality experience required
- Barista experience preferred but not essential

What we're looking for:

- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Confident taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling POS transactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude




- Ability to build rapport with our regular customers
