STAFF WANTED – BALLINA CAFÉ

2 Part-Time Café All-Rounders

We're looking for two reliable, experienced and motivated all-rounders to join our busy café in the Ballina Industrial Estate.

This is a hands-on role where multitasking, food preparation and customer service are the main priorities. We're looking for people who can confidently manage different tasks and keep things running smoothly.

Duties include

- Taking orders and providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Preparing sandwiches, rolls and takeaway food
- Handling the till and payments
- Making coffees and other drinks
- General cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Managing multiple tasks during busy service periods

What we're looking for

- Previous café, takeaway or food service experience
- Confident food preparation skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently




- Reliable, organised and able to take initiative
- Friendly attitude and good customer service skills
- Coffee-making experience appreciated but not essential

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 2.30pm. Part time shifts to be discussed.

Location: Ballina Industrial Estate, NSW
