Flour Water Salt South Nowra is looking for a café all-rounder with a passion for great coffee, delicious food, and exceptional service. If you’re a positive, energetic hospitality professional who loves working in a busy, fun and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

You’ll be working across all areas of the café — from making top-quality coffee and delivering outstanding customer service, to jumping into the kitchen to make sandwiches and lend a hand where needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong front-of-house & barista experience – essential
- Kitchen experience – desirable
- A team player with great communication skills
- Available Tue-Sat (could consider job-sharing)
