Responsibilities include managing day-to-day café operations. Preparing high-quality coffee beverages including professional latte art. Leading and motivating staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Essential requirements previous experience managing a cafe. Strong barista skills, including latte art, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
