The Role

As a Cafe Manager, you will:

- Supervise, train, and support café staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Oversee daily operations to ensure the café runs efficiently.

- Meet budget targets and manage tills accurately.

- Lead by example to foster a positive work environment.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly.

- Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.

- Manage stock and inventory levels effectively.

As a Café Supervisor, you will:

- Supervise, train, and support café staff during daily operations.

- Assist management in ensuring smooth and efficient café operations.

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries.

- Lead by example and promote a positive team environment.

- Assist with cash handling, till management, and sales targets.

- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

- Assist with stock control, ordering,



and inventory management.

About You

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/ management position in a similar fast-paced setting.

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
