Call Centre Operator

Location: Parramatta, NSW / WFH to be negotiated

Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour superannuation

Contract Duration: Until 24 March 2027 with likely extensions

Hours: 35 hours per week

Positions Available: 3 Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide accurate, timely information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and internal stakeholders.
- Use computer systems and software to access information and record customer interactions.
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 2–3 years of customer service experience in a call centre, administration, retail or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Intermediate computer skills, including typing, email management and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

classroom-based training program over two weeks, working 35 hours per week. This will be followed by a supervised nesting period, where you will work closely with experienced team members to develop your skills and build confidence. Full attendance throughout the training period is mandatory. Working Hours and Roster

- Up to 7 hours per day and 35 hours per week.
- Rotating shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
- Shifts rotate every two weeks, with early, mid and late shifts across roster periods.

Applicants must be comfortable working across a rotating roster.

Work Location and Flexibility The role is based at a contact centre at 60 Station Street East, Parramatta NSW.
