About Us

Prince Car Sales is a growing automotive business based in Moorooka, Brisbane. We manage a rental fleet of approximately 100 cars and a vehicle sales inventory of over 50 cars, with plans to expand our sales stock to 150+ vehicles.

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on, and results-driven Car Dealership Manager to oversee our rental fleet, manage vehicle purchasing and sales, grow the business, and lead our administration and car wash operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Rental Fleet Management: Manage and grow our rental fleet of approximately 100 vehicles, including vehicle availability, bookings, maintenance coordination, and fleet performance.
- Vehicle Stock Management: Oversee the purchasing, selling, pricing, and inventory management of 50+ vehicles, with a goal of expanding stock to 150+ cars.
- Sales Targets: Drive vehicle sales and achieve a target of at least 5–7 car sales per week.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve profitability, and expand the dealership's sales and rental operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the administration team responsible for online vehicle listings, marketing, customer enquiries, and sales support.
- Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day dealership operations and ensure smooth coordination across sales, rentals, administration, and vehicle preparation.
- Vehicle Presentation: Coordinate car washing and vehicle preparation to ensure all cars are clean, presentable, and ready for sale or rental.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer enquiries, sales negotiations, vehicle inspections, test drives, and customer follow-ups.
- Purchasing and Supplier Coordination: Source vehicles for purchase and maintain relationships with suppliers, mechanics, and other business partners.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales, rental fleet performance, and operational activities.
- Compliance:



Ensure dealership and rental operations comply with applicable Australian laws, regulations, and business requirements.

Requirements
- Previous experience in car dealership management, automotive sales, fleet management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of used vehicle sales, purchasing, pricing, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow business revenue.
- Experience managing vehicle fleets, preferably in a car rental or automotive business.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate administration and operational staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with online vehicle listings, digital marketing, and business management systems.
- A current Australian driver's licence is preferred.
- A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach to work.

- Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
