About the role

Opportunity for a capable hands-on couple or individual to manage a gorgeous mixed tourist/long-stay caravan park in exquisite Esperance, Western Australia. The successful applicant(s) will ideally have experience in the accommodation industry and be computer-literate. You will take on responsibility for the maintenance and smooth functioning of the park, manage people and build a strong support team, and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Provide strong leadership and lead your team by example
- Understand and improve the parks infrastructure and systems
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively when the unexpected happens
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Maintain the grounds with help from the grounds persons or oversee maintenance.




- Ensure high standards of accommodation, facilities and cleanliness
- Manage reservations efficiently and complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting through RMS
- Understand and comply with legislation and safety and health requirements

About you

- Experience in the accommodation industry (ideally)
- Computer-literate (RMS experience highly regarded)
- Competent all rounder
- Hands-on approach and versatile attitude with regard to work hours
- Financial and business common sense
- Troubleshooter
- Recent Federal Police Clearance required for all managers
- Valid driver's license required for all managers
