/n In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience./n

Key Responsibilities/n /n

- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls

- Provide accurate information and timely resolution to enquiries

- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining call quality and accuracy

- Record and update customer information

/n

- Escalate complex matters where required

- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service

- Previous contact centre experience is essential

- Demonstrated experience handling high-volume inbound calls

- Solid communication and active listening skills

- Ability to build rapport and manage challenging conversations

- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes
