- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Administer medication and monitor health conditions

- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certification in a relevant field, such as nursing assistant or home health aide
