About the Role

Gray Solutions Group is seeking reliable, skilled and motivated Carpenters to join our growing team.

We have a consistent pipeline of residential and commercial projects across North Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast, offering long-term employment opportunities for the right candidates.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, including:

Residential Construction

Timber and concrete sleeper retaining walls

Timber and Colorbond fencing

Decks, pergolas and patios

Residential renovations and alterations

General carpentry and property improvements

Commercial Construction

Timber wall and floor framing

Structural framing and roof trusses

External cladding and weatherboards

Building wrap and lock-up works

Internal fit-out and fix-out carpentry

General commercial carpentry works

Key Responsibilities

Carry out carpentry works safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Interpret plans, drawings and specifications

Work independently and collaboratively within a team

Maintain quality workmanship and meet project deadlines





Assist with coordinating materials and daily site activities

Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment

About You

Trade-qualified Carpenter with relevant industry experience

Experience in residential and/or commercial construction

Current White Card and driver’s licence

Own reliable transport and standard carpentry tools

Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Experience across both residential and commercial construction is advantageous but not essential.
