About the Company

Panelised Building Group is a growing Western Australian building company specialising in granny flats, modular and transportable homes, renovations and extensions across Perth Metro and the Peel region.

We are looking for a reliable and qualified Carpenter / Insulated Panel Worker to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified carpenter or an experienced construction worker with knowledge of EPS insulated panel installation. You will work across a variety of residential projects and different stages of construction.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include

- General residential building and construction
- Installation of EPS insulated wall panels
- First and second-fix carpentry
- Stick roofing
- Pre-concrete set-outs
- Framing and general site work
- Granny flat and modular construction
- Working across different stages of residential building projects

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A carpentry qualification or relevant hands-on construction experience
- Experience in carpentry, residential building or EPS insulated panel installation
- A valuable understanding of residential construction




- The ability to work independently
- A strong focus on workmanship, quality and attention to detail
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Your own reliable transport and basic tools
- A current White Card
- A positive, team-focused approach

Experience with EPS insulated panels will be highly regarded.

Location & Travel

Work is primarily across Perth Metro and South Metro, with some travel to surrounding areas, including the Peel region.
