About the Role

Mastery Co is seeking an experienced Carpenter for a fixed-term contract role based in Revesby, Sydney, working on an $800,000+ residential extension and renovation. The contract runs for approximately six months, or until project completion.

The project is currently in the demolition phase, so an immediate start is ideal.

As a Design + Construct firm, we produce all the plans, documentation, and 3D models for our projects in-house — giving you clear, well-organised drawings and cutting lists to work from on site, with our Director Mitch on hand throughout both the design and construction process.

What You'll Be Doing

- Working on the tools across all stages of a high-quality residential extension and renovation, from demolition through to completion
- Executing carpentry work from detailed 3D models and documentation
- Working closely with Mitch, who is available across both the design and construct side of the project for support and direction
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship on a project where quality and attention to detail matter
- Building to Passivhaus principles, including airtightness detailing with Pro Clima products, and keeping site records up to date in Wunderbuild

About You

- A qualified, experienced Carpenter — or currently studying your Cert IV in Building and Construction, or have just completed it (we're happy to support your required sign-offs)
- Must have your own vehicle and own tools
- Sydney-based, able to reliably attend site in Revesby
- Knowledge of Passivhaus principles highly regarded, particularly airtightness and taping systems such as Pro Clima
- Experience with the Wunderbuild system preferred




- Passionate about carpentry and obsessed with renovation — the kind of person who finds themselves scrolling architectural details and carpentry techniques in their downtime
- Always looking for the next upskilling opportunity and keen to keep sharpening your craft
- Reliable, take pride in your work, and comfortable working independently on site
- Available for an immediate start preferred, given the project is currently in demolition

What We Offer

- $90,000- $95,000 per annum (FTE), fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months or until project completion

Pay: $90,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
