Organisation The Mulled Wine Co is a growing Central Coast beverage brand producing premium, ready-to-drink mulled wine inspired by authentic Swedish glögg. Handcrafted in small batches using Australian wine and whole spices, our products are sold online, through independent bottle shops and venues, and at markets and festivals across Australia.

Founded in Avoca Beach in 2022, we are a small, founder-led team with a warm, practical and entrepreneurial culture. We value reliability, initiative and people who genuinely care about creating a outstanding customer experience.

Background and IntroductionThis is a new casual role created as our market, festival and wholesale presence expands. You will represent the brand at markets and events across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your skills and the business develop. We are looking for more than someone to process sales. We want a genuine brand ambassador who enjoys connecting with people, sharing a story and helping a growing brand succeed.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Represent The Mulled Wine Co at markets, festivals, tastings and other events




- Introduce customers to the product, share the brand story, offer tastings and confidently convert interest into sales
- Assist with stall setup, presentation, stock management, transactions, pack-down and cleaning
- Gather customer feedback and useful market insights, and identify potential wholesale or event opportunities
- Capture simple behind-the-scenes and event content for social media when required

- Selection Criteria

- Warm, confident and engaging, with strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of meeting new people
- Reliable, organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Interested in sales, marketing, events or brand-building; previous retail, hospitality or sales experience is ideal but not essential
- Available for irregular weekend shifts, including some early starts, long days and outdoor events, and comfortable lifting boxes and event equipment
- Aged 18 or over, with a current NSW RSA or willingness to obtain one, a driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
