Casual Chef/Cook Position Available.

We are on the hunt for a Casual Chef/Cook for the Moe Hotel.

To play a key role in delivering high‑quality food service within a rapid‑paced commercial kitchen. This position is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items to venue standards while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices. This role supports the existing kitchen team during busy periods, covers leave, and ensures smooth service across lunch, dinner, and event operations.

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred).
- Understanding of Australian food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
- Flexibility to work variable casual hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Relevant formal qualifications of Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery or relevant industry experience (preferred)
