About the role

You’ll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver quality meals across lunch and dinner service. Shifts include days, nights, weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to suit the right person. Find out more about the Club at finleyrsc.com.au

What you’ll be doing

- Preparing and cooking dishes from our bistro menu to a consistent standard
- Helping with prep, stock rotation and ordering
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and food protected
- Supporting busy services, functions and special events
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

About you

- Previous experience as a cook or chef in a commercial kitchen
- Trade qualifications (Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery) highly regarded, but not essential for the right person
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices




- Able to work calmly under pressure during busy periods
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- Available for weekends and evenings
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
