We're Hiring: Casual Event Helpers – Crypto Expo 2026

Vantage Australia is looking for 4 enthusiastic and reliable Casual Event Helpers to join our team at Crypto Expo 2026 in Sydney!

Event Details

- Event: Crypto Expo 2026
- Location: Darling Harbour, Sydney CBD
- Dates: 28–29 November 2026
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily, including a 1-hour break
- Positions Available: 4
- Employment Type: Casual / Temporary (2-day event)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the smooth operation of the Vantage exhibition booth.
- Welcome visitors and provide a brief introduction to Vantage and its booth activities.
- Explain easy game mechanics and facilitate visitor participation in interactive activities.
- Distribute promotional merchandise and gifts.
- Support the team with general on-site event activities.
- Direct enquiries outside the scope of the role to the appropriate Vantage team members.

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, outgoing and confident when engaging with visitors.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a busy exhibition environment.
- Previous experience in events, exhibitions, promotions or customer service is preferred.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Training & Role Guidelines A pre-event briefing and training session will be provided to familiarise successful candidates with Vantage, booth activities, visitor engagement guidelines and relevant procedures.
