Leaftail Group operates Sydney Mini Golf Hire and Sydney Laser Tag Hire, bringing fun to parties, corporate events, schools and functions across Sydney.

We're looking for reliable, friendly and practical people to join our casual event crew.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering, setting up and packing down portable mini golf courses and laser tag equipment.
- Hosting events, assisting customers and making sure everyone has a great experience.
- Loading, unloading and safely transporting event equipment.
- Following event schedules and site access instructions to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Representing our brands professionally at a variety of venues across Sydney.

What we're looking for To thrive in this role, you should be:
- Punctual and reliable – great at being on time and sticking to schedules.
- A safe, confident driver – comfortable driving larger cars, utes or vans.
- Detail-oriented – able to follow instructions, particularly venue access and setup requirements.
- Friendly and personable – comfortable interacting with customers and hosting events.
- Hands-on and physically capable – happy lifting, carrying and setting up equipment.
- Independent and proactive – comfortable working on your own or as part of a team.

Requirements:

- A current, valid driver's licence.
- A Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one.
- Availability for casual shifts across weekdays and weekends.





Vehicle arrangements

We're recruiting for two types of crew members:

- Company vehicle crew: Drive our vehicles to deliver and collect equipment.
- Own vehicle crew: Use your own suitable car, van or ute to transport equipment to events.

Hours and flexibility

This is a casual, event-based role with shifts depending on customer bookings.

Work is spread across weekdays, weekends, early mornings, evenings and occasionally late nights. There are no fixed weekly shifts, so it's ideal for someone looking for versatile, varied work.
