About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Members (FOH) to join our team. This is a great prospect for students or school leavers looking to gain valuable retail and hospitality experience while supporting our daily store operations, including customer service and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to tables
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing requirements

Shifts, Availability

- Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends and evenings as a casual position
- Able to work 2–4 shifts per week (after-school hours and/or weekends)




- High availability to work 4–5 shifts per week during school holiday periods
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week

Requirements

- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

Pay & Conditions

- Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020 [MA00119]
- Applicable classifications, junior rates, casual loading and penalty rates apply where relevant.
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.
