We're on the lookout for an experienced, creative and reliable videographer to work with the cre8t marketing team.

We're a Melbourne-based marketing agency working with businesses that build, make and create across Australia. We specialise in marketing and content production for the construction, trades, property and manufacturing industries.

From active construction sites and completed architectural projects to product demonstrations and behind-the-scenes content, no two shoots are quite the same.

We're looking for someone with a great eye for detail who can confidently manage shoots independently and deliver high-quality video and photography.

What you'll be doing

- Filming construction projects, interviews, product demonstrations and social media content.
- Setting up and managing cameras, lighting, audio and other production equipment.
- Working independently from creative briefs and shot lists.
- Communicating professionally with clients and coordinating filming requirements onsite.

What we're looking for

- Proven professional videography and photography experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Excellent technical knowledge of camera settings, lighting, audio, exposure and shooting formats.
- Confidence filming interviews and recording high-quality audio.
- A creative eye for composition, movement and visual storytelling.




- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow a brief while identifying additional filming opportunities.
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Availability for weekday shoots and the ability to work safely on active construction sites.

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience filming construction, architecture, property or manufacturing.
- Drone experience and appropriate CASA qualifications.
- Your own professional camera and production equipment.

About the opportunity

We're open to both casual employees and independent freelancers, with shoots scheduled according to client requirements. This could be a excellent fit for an established freelancer looking for additional work or an experienced videographer seeking flexible casual hours.

Work is paid at an agreed hourly rate, rather than fixed half-day or full-day rates, with hours varying depending on project requirements. There are no guaranteed weekly hours, but there's potential for regular ongoing work.
