The Role

We're seeking experienced HC Drivers who can work both day or night shifts, based in the Hervey Bay area.

Hours can be up to 50 hours per week, depending on operational requirements. As our work is weather-dependent, there may be times when rain impacts available shifts, so flexibility is essential.

To be successful in this role, the applicant will:

- Hold a HC license
- Enjoy working in an outdoor environment
- Be able to work flexible hours to meet operation requirements as well as work nights and weekend shifts as required
- Have a valid WHS White Card
- Completed a RII load restraint course
- Have a commitment to workplace health and safety
- Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic

Desirable qualifications and attributes include:

- Experience in the road construction industry
