About us:

Norton Mining Pty Ltd operate a Gold Mine just outside the town of Nagoorin QLD, about 70 km south of Gladstone. Norton Mining is about to commence commercial export of Gold Ore and for this reason we would like to hire 3 General Site Labours for material handling and assisting maintenance and processing crews.

You are able to provide:

- Labouring experience, protected manual handling and basic tool skills; mining experience preferred
- Current White Card
- Safety 11 Certification
- Fitness assessment, drug/alcohol screening and exposure-related checks as specified.

What we provide:

Working times: Monday – Friday7:00 am–4:00 pm (subject to operational need)

Statutory Super and applicable casual employee entitlements.

30-minute unpaid meal break; other breaks per Award.

Applicable Award allowances

Mining Industry Award 2020 (MA000011) applies, subject to classification/agreement confirmation.
