Queenbee Women’s Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Casual/Part-Time Receptionist to join our empowering women’s health clinic, led by a dedicated female practitioner. About the Role: As the Receptionist, you'll be an essential part of our clinic’s day-to-day operations, offering excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere while assisting with various reception duties and supporting the practitioner in providing high-quality care.

You will help ensure smooth clinic operations, assist with patient appointments, maintain medical records, and provide compassionate care to women at every stage of their health journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reception Duties: Greet and assist patients in a warm, welcoming manner, handle bookings, manage patient inquiries, and maintain appointment schedules.

- Administrative Support: Manage patient records, input data into the practice management system, and help ensure accurate and timely filing.

- Customer Service: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered service and ensure a positive experience for every patient.

- Operational Support: Assist with stock management, maintaining cleanliness,



and ensuring the clinic environment is welcoming and organized.

Experience & Attributes:

- Prior experience in a medical reception or clinical support role is highly regarded.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Passion for women’s health and wellness, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm in busy environments.

- Experience with practice management software Best Practice is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small, close-knit team.
