Matilda Job Agency is looking for qualified, VIT registered teachers to join our growing CRT team across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

We have opportunities for teachers seeking flexible work across areas including Caroline Springs, Tarneit, Truganina, Werribee, Point Cook, Sunshine, Deer Park, Melton and surrounding suburbs.

Whether you want to work one or two days a week or take on regular CRT work, we’ll work with your availability and preferred locations to find suitable opportunities.

What you’ll do As a Casual Relief Teacher, you’ll step into different classrooms and provide a safe, positive and engaging learning workplace.

Your responsibilities may include delivering lessons and programs provided by the classroom teacher, managing classroom behaviour,



supporting student learning and wellbeing, adapting to different school environments, and following school policies and duty-of-care requirements.

What we’re looking for

- Current VIT registration (mandatory)
- Recognised Primary or Secondary teaching qualification
- Strong classroom management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different year levels and school environments
- Commitment to student safety and wellbeing
- Two professional education references, including a recent school-based referee
