About Moonessa

Moonessa is a Western Australian lifestyle brand specialising in premium Turkish towels and hooded towels. Known for our long-standing Fremantle Markets stall, we’re bringing our products to Westfield Booragoon for the Christmas and summer trading season.

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and reliable retail assistant who enjoys talking with customers and helping them find the right products.

What Matters Most to Us

Strong communication skills and confident spoken English are essential. This is a customer-facing role involving frequent one-to-one conversations. You should feel comfortable approaching customers, understanding their needs, explaining product features and answering questions clearly.

You must also be available to work at least 30 hours per week throughout the pop-up period.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and start friendly, engaging conversations.
- Help customers choose products.
- Explain our products clearly and confidently.
- Process sales accurately using our POS system.
- Open and close the pop-up store responsibly.
- Keep the store tidy, organised and well presented.
- Restock products and maintain attractive displays.
- Work independently when rostered and represent Moonessa with professionalism and care.

Who We’re Looking For
- Solid spoken English and excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
- A warm,



approachable personality and confidence engaging with new people.
- Availability for at least 30 hours per week, including weekends.
- Availability throughout 2 November 2026 to 24 January 2027, including the busy Christmas and Boxing Day trading period.
- Reliability, punctuality and a responsible approach to opening and closing.
- Confidence working independently and handling cash/card transactions.
- Retail or sales experience is preferred; product and POS training will be provided.
- Valid Australian work rights covering the employment period.
