Shoalhaven Care is recruiting a Casual Support Worker to support clients in Kangaroo Valley and Nowra areas.

Immediate client is requiring 6 hours of support per day, Monday to Friday, for a minimum of 2 - 3 weeks. - Other casual opportunities available thereafter.

No formal qualification is required (Cert 3 in Home Support Ageing is beneficial) — just experience, reliability, and a caring, well‑presented approach.

Full training will be provided.

About the Role:

You will provide daily support including:

- Personal care
- Welfare Checks
- Light domestic assistance
- Post Hospitalisation Support / Respite
- Meal support
- Social engagement
- Community access
- Safety monitoring and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

- Some experience in aged care or support work
- No qualification required
- Well presented and skilled
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual,



and able to start immediately

Mandatory Checks:

- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check

Employment & Pay Conditions:

- Above‑award hourly rates
- Casual loading applied
- One‑way travel time paid (20km)
- Paid training and onboarding
- Casual employment
- Immediate start
- 6 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Minimum 2‑ 3 week engagement
- Ongoing work may be available
