What is the role?

There is now an exciting opportunity for a Yardsperson to join the RME team on a Casual basis.

This is a casual position with hours dependent on operational requirements. There are no guaranteed or regular weekly hours. This role would suit someone looking for adaptable, occasional work who is comfortable being called in when additional support is required.

You will play an important role in keeping work moving efficiently through the yard, from receipt and preparation of parts through to blasting support and dispatch. You’ll support the team by preparing and moving parts and equipment, loading and unloading, assisting with packing and dispatch, and keeping the workshop and yard clean, safe and organised. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is reliable, safety focused and happy to pitch in wherever needed.

There may also be opportunities to support other teams across RME’s Toowoomba manufacturing sites.

LICENCES

· Possession of a current QLD Driver’s Licence

DESIRABLE

· Possession of Forklift Licence
