We’re looking for a passionate Centre Manager to lead our 75 place centre who sees leadership as more than keeping things running. Someone who wants to make a difference, bring people together and take an already exceptional centre into its next chapter.

It’s an out-of-ratio role, so you’ll have time to coach your team, get to know families and focus on running the centre.

You’ll have a dedicated Centre Quality Manager, plus help from our operations, people and pedagogy teams whenever you need it.

Understands occupancy, budgets, rostering, centre performance and compliance

Wants to keep learning, growing and challenging yourself as a leader

You’ll also need:

Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Previous Centre Manager experience or strong Assistant Centre Manager leadership experience

Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF

Current Working with Children Check and relevant First Aid qualifications
