Quickcare is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded early learning service in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs to recruit a passionate Cert III Educator for a permanent full-time position.

About Our Client

Our client is a boutique 60-place early learning service located in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, just a short walk from the beach. Rated Exceeding under the National Quality Standard, their purpose-built centre features five light-filled rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, a commercial kitchen with an in-house chef preparing fresh, nutritious meals daily, and expansive natural outdoor play spaces including a sandpit, veggie garden and native bush tucker garden.

The service’s curriculum is grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework and inspired by nature-based and Reggio Emilia approaches. Children enjoy regular beach and park excursions, weekly music and language programs, and strong connections with the local community. The service prides itself on low staff turnover, a collaborative team culture and genuine partnerships with families.

The Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Cert III qualified Educator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. You will work alongside experienced educators to plan and deliver engaging,



play-based learning experiences that support each child’s wellbeing, learning and development.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

- Current NSW Working With Children Check (paid employee)

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates

- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard

- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to working as part of a team

- Full Australian working rights are essential. Applicants on student visas will not be considered for this role.
