/n Davidson is partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a significant transformation program. This is an opportunity to join a large-scale migration and support the business through meaningful organisational and operational change. About the Role

/n We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst with strong exposure to release, implementation and business readiness activities. /n Working across project, technology and business teams, you will support the coordination of change through key release milestones, helping ensure impacted teams are prepared for deployment, go-live and transition into BAU. /n Key responsibilities will include: /n /n

- Supporting release and implementation planning across key program milestones

/n

- Coordinating business readiness activities ahead of deployment and go-live

/n

- Conducting change impact assessments across people, process and technology

/n

- Tracking implementation actions, risks, dependencies and readiness criteria

/n

- Supporting stakeholder engagement, communications and training activities

/n

- Preparing updates, reporting and materials for Steering Committee and governance forums

/n

- Supporting SteerCo meetings through transparent progress reporting, risks, decisions and key implementation updates

/n

- Working closely with delivery, technology and business teams throughout the release lifecycle

/n

- Supporting cutover, go-live and post-implementation activities

/n

- Monitoring adoption and supporting the transition of change into BAU

/n /n About You





/n You will be a hands-on Change Analyst who is comfortable working in a fast-paced implementation environment and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholder groups. /n Ideally, you will bring: /n /n

- Previous experience as a Change Analyst, Implementation Analyst or similar

/n

- Strong experience supporting business readiness, release or implementation activities

/n

- Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communications

/n

- Experience preparing reporting or materials for Steering Committees or senior governance forums

/n

- A strong understanding of the activities required to prepare a business for go-live

/n

- Experience within banking or broader financial services is highly preferred

/n

- Exposure to large-scale technology implementations, system releases or transformation programs would be advantageous

/n

- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing milestones and dependencies
