Key Responsibilities

- Identify the changes projects will introduce across people, processes, culture and technology.
- Complete change impact and readiness assessments.
- Identify change-related risks, challenges and dependencies.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans aligned with organisational strategy.
- Integrate change activities into project plans and delivery schedules.
- Identify key stakeholder groups and develop engagement strategies.
- Build stakeholder understanding, support and commitment.
- Communicate proposed changes and respond to stakeholder concerns.
- Prepare clear and timely communication materials.
- Identify learning requirements and develop appropriate training programs.
- Support employees and teams through transition and implementation.
- Develop KPIs to measure change adoption and effectiveness.
- Monitor progress and recommend adjustments to change strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of change activities, outcomes and decisions.
- Prepare regular status reports for project and organisational leaders.

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in change analysis or organisational change management.




- Experience completing change impact and stakeholder assessments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management capability.
- Experience developing change, communication and engagement plans.
- Ability to identify and manage change-related risks and resistance.
- Experience supporting training, readiness and adoption activities.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build commitment to change.
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams.
- Robust planning, organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to monitor adoption and evaluate change effectiveness.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

Details:
- Change Analyst role with an enterprise WA government client
- This role will be based onsite, 5 days a week but will have flexible start and end times
