CHEF DE PARTIE – AVALON RESTAURANT

Full-Time | Tuesday to Saturday | Sponsorship Prospect (ONLY PERTH BASED)

Location: Claremont, Perth WA

Avalon, a premium dining restaurant located in the heart of Claremont, is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a professional, quality-driven kitchen.

The Role

- Full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday.
- Sundays and Mondays off.
- Work with quality seasonal ingredients in a refined dining workplace.
- Manage your section and maintain consistently high food standards.
- Contribute to menu development and daily kitchen operations.
- Work alongside an experienced and dedicated team.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef in a quality restaurant.
- Solid technical cooking skills and excellent presentation standards.
- Ability to manage a section independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, reliability and genuine passion for food.




- Experience in fine dining or premium restaurants will be highly regarded.
