Casual Chef de Partie (CDP) – On-Call

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and reliable Chef de Partie (CDP) staff to support kitchen operations across multiple hotels on a casual, on-call basis.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar chef role is mandatory.
- Must have your own chef uniform and professional kitchen tools.
- Robust food preparation and cooking skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently in a busy kitchen.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with availability.
- Willingness to travel between multiple hotel locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard.




- Manage your assigned kitchen section during service.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Follow recipes, portion control and food safety procedures.
- Work effectively with the kitchen team.
- Assist with general kitchen duties as required.
