We are a busy cafe located in Lancove. We are looking for a qualified chef to join our dynamic team.

Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:

- Plan menu.
- prepare and cook food as per the menu
- Ensure all foods are of excellent quality.
- stock take and placing orders to replenish stocks.
- regularly check and inspect inventory levels
- estimate food and labour costs
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Assist in hiring new kitchen staff and training as required

Desired skills and qualifications:
- Minimum Certificate IV in related field
- At least one year of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Solid communication skills
- Genuine passion for food
- ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $74,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
