Bones & Smoke is a small BBQ restaurant specialising in premium slow-smoked meats. We have a robust social media presence, a loyal local following and 4.9-star Google reviews.
We’re looking for an experienced Chef / Pitmaster to join our small team.
What we’re looking for
- Professional kitchen experience, ideally in a busy kitchen
- BBQ or smoking experience is a plus, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and committed
- Comfortable working independently
- 4 day per week
- NO sponsorship
