responsibilities Lead, train, guide and inspire our kitchen team to deliver the best results Supervise, and participate in, the preparation of all food items Monitoring special dietary requirements Contributing to menu planning, seasonal dishes and specials Monitoring ingredient and kitchen stock levels Assisting with ordering and receiving food and supplies Managing food storage,



rotation and portion control Minimising food wastage and maintaining appropriate stock levels Cost control and budgeting Compliance with OH&S; and Food Safety standards Work alongside the Restaurant Manager as required Qualification &

experience Possess relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality, to at least a hospitality related CertificateIV/Diploma level.
