Redcape Hospitality is looking for Chefs and Cooks to join Hotel Brunswick, with opportunities on fryer, larder and hand-stretched pizza.

With a buzzing beer garden and busy services, there’s plenty to get stuck into at The Bruns. Bring your cooking experience and join professional chefs and cooks who help each other when the orders roll in.

Approximately 20–35 casual hours per week, with an immediate start available for the right candidates.

What you’ll do

- Prepare and cook dishes across fryer, larder or hand-stretched pizza, depending on your experience

- Set up your section and stay on top of prep for busy services

- Deliver consistent food to recipe and presentation standards

- Communicate with your teammates and lend a hand where needed





- Keep your section clean, organised and follow food safety procedures

- Follow stock rotation and portion standards to help minimise waste

What you’ll bring

- Previous experience as a chef or cook, ideally in a high-volume kitchen

- Experience on fryer, larder or pizza highly regarded

- Pride in your food and the ability to keep quality consistent during busy service
- A reliable approach and willingness to support your teammates

- Availability across lunch, dinner, weekends and public holidays

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery desirable, but not essential
