This is a heartwarming prospect for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We're seeking a Compassionate, Patient Respite Provider to assist an adolescent male child in their home. Hours: 20 Hours a month. Weekday afternoons after 330pm, and weekend hours Compensation: $14.13 Requirements: • Must pass a background check before hire• Must have a valid driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle for errands• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• No allergies to Dogs and Cats Duties:• Respite care is to be conducted in child’s home -or out in the community. Community outings are encouraged.





• Assist with transportation from school back home or out to community activities• Work on safety skills and transitions in home and out in the community.

• Assist with organizational skills and check in on schoolwork.

• Build on social and communication skills • Hang out and have fun! This kiddo enjoys taking care of his kitties, going to the mall to browse, getting a bite to eat, riding around on his electric bike, and so much more!
