We are seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators who are looking for new challenges and potential growth opportunities to extend their career within the civil industry.

Key Requirements:

- Experience operating a range of earthmoving equipment, including watercarts, vibe rollers, multi tyred rollers and 6-wheel water trucks on subdivision projects or similar civil construction works.
- Relevant plant operator tickets and demonstrated competency.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence and reliable transport. (HR Licence highly regarded)
- Construction Induction (White) Card.
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate earthmoving plant and equipment across a variety of civil construction projects.
- Undertake earthworks, site preparation, and other plant operations in accordance with project requirements.
- Complete daily pre-start inspections, identify defects and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Work in accordance with project plans, specifications and established safety and environmental procedures.
- Identify and work safely around underground services and other site hazards.
- Collaborate with Leading Hands,



Supervisors and other site personnel to maintain productivity and achieve project milestones.
- Follow reasonable instructions and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-organised worksite.
- Take pride in the quality of work, equipment care, and overall project outcomes.
