/n• $37.30 per hour + super/n

/n• Full time temporary chance - 6 Month with possible extension or permanency /n

/n Our client, a leading global organisation based in Warwick Farm, is seeking a Warranty Claims Officer to join their busy customer service team./n

/n

/n This role will see you manage a high volume of warranty and service enquiries while supporting customers throughout the claims process. You will work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday./n

/n

Your duties will include:/n

/n

/n • Managing high volume inbound calls regarding warranty and service enquiries/n

/n• Responding to customers via phone, email and web channels/n

/n• Processing warranty claims and service requests accurately and efficiently/n

/n• Reviewing claim information and ensuring all required details are provided/n

/n• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate claims information/n

/n• Handling customer complaints and difficult interactions professionally/n

/n• Liaising with internal departments to resolve warranty enquiries/n

/n• Working towards KPIs including customer satisfaction and first call resolution/n

/n• Completing general administration and data entry as required/n

/n The successful candidate:/n

/n





/n • Has previous experience in warranty claims, call centre or high volume customer service/n

/n• Has a customer service or hospitality background, which will be highly regarded/n

/n• Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal/n

/n• Can confidently manage complaints and challenging customer interactions/n

/n• Has excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills/n

/n• Can work under pressure while remaining calm and professional/n

/n• Is confident, friendly, switched on and genuinely passionate about customer service/n

/n• Is available to work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday/n

/n
