About The Role

We are seeking a Casual Cleaner and Laundry Assistant to join our Bangalow Residential Village in NSW. In this varied role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members. Through the delivery of high-quality cleaning and laundry services, you will play an important part in supporting resident comfort and wellbeing while contributing to a vibrant and well-presented village environment.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will ensure cleaning and laundry tasks are completed to a high standard, helping to create a positive experience for residents and their families.

What You'll Be Doing

- General cleaning, using various cleaning solutions and equipment
- Cleaning of walkways, reception, offices, nurse stations and non-communal areas
- Assisting with laundry services
- Follow secure work and infection control practices
- Engaging with residents, their families, and visitors

What You'll Bring

- Experience in cleaning and/or laundry services, preferably in a hospital or aged care setting
- Ability to take direction and instruction
- Team player, great customer service and presentation
- Demonstrated experience in chemical handling and infection control
