We're looking for a Client Manager to join our Tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant or Business Services Manager who wants to continue building their technical capability, strengthen client relationships, and grow their career within a supportive and collaborative workplace. This role is based in Sydney, working Hybrid 3 days a week in the Surry Hills Office.

What you'll do

- Manage a portfolio of SME clients across individuals, companies, trusts and group structures, from compliance through to proactive advice.
- Be the trusted first call for your clients, building relationships that go well beyond tax time.
- Lead client conversations by phone, email and face-to-face, translating technical issues into clear, practical advice.
- Manage your workflow, deadlines and WIP so jobs land on time and clients never wonder where things are at.

What you'll bring

- 6-8 years of Australian public practice, experience within a small to mid-sized accounting firm.




- A proven track record of career stability, commitment and professional growth.
- Technically confident across BAS, FBT, GST, CGT, Division 7A calculations, tax compliance, general accounting, R&D; Incentives & International tax (not essential).
- No need to be a walking “master tax guide”. You know the fundamentals, you’re curious, and you have the passion to keep learning and have fun doing it.
- You communicate clearly, deliver reliably, and own it when things go sideways.
- Comfortable working with Xero, FYI and Microsoft Office, and open to learning new systems and ways of working.
