We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Experience Specialist to join our Sydney showroom team.

This is a varied role where you will be at the centre of the customer experience, assisting clients with buying, selling and storing precious metals while supporting sales, operations and administration activities. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist clients in the showroom
- Process sales, buybacks and account applications
- Manage phone, email and face-to-face enquiries
- Provide guidance on precious metal products and services
- Handle cash transactions and support dispatch operations
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist with stocktakes and showroom presentation




- Build strong client relationships and identify sales opportunities

About You:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales or administration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
- A professional, positive and customer-focused approach
- Cash handling or inventory experience (advantageous)
- An interest in financial markets, investing or precious metals (advantageous)
