/n As Clinical Care Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care, including developing tailored care plans, leading a dedicated care team, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.



You will deliver hands-on nursing care such as medication management and wound care, while communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Your leadership will ensure high-quality, safe care that aligns with best practices and enhances residents’ wellbeing. /n Requirements: /n /n

- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration

/n

- Proven aged care nursing experience

/n

- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

/n

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

/n

- Proficiency with clinical software and Microsoft Office

/n

- Valid Driver’s License (desirable)

/n

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
