ROLES WE'RE HIRINGClinical Team Lead / Clinical Care Coordinator/n /n
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams.
/n
- Coordinate day-to-day clinical care and support high-quality resident outcomes.
/n
- Monitor care plans, clinical documentation and resident progress.
/n
- Provide guidance to staff managing complex nursing and care needs.
/n
- Support incident management, continuous improvement and clinical governance.
/n
- Mentor and support RNs, ENs and care staff.
/n
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
/n Care Manager/n /n
- Lead and support clinical and care teams within residential aged care.
/n
- Oversee resident care planning, assessments, clinical governance and quality outcomes.
/n
- Support RNs, ENs, AINs and care staff to deliver safe, person-centred care.
/n
- Manage clinical incidents, complaints, audits and continuous improvement activities.
/n
- Ensure compliance with relevant aged care standards, legislation and organisational policies.
/n
- Build robust relationships with residents, families, staff and external healthcare professionals.
/n
- Support staff development,
performance and ongoing education.
/n Facility Manager/n /n
- Provide leadership across the day-to-day operation of a residential aged care facility.
/n
- Support the delivery of high-quality personal and clinical care while maintaining resident wellbeing, dignity and privacy.
/n
- Lead, motivate and support care teams to achieve operational and clinical outcomes.
/n
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, induction, training, performance and workforce requirements, including rosters, timesheets and leave management.
/n
- Monitor resident care plans, clinical documentation and the management of complex care needs.
/n
- Work closely with residents, families, doctors, healthcare professionals and other internal and external stakeholders.
/n
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards, legislation, policies and quality requirements.
/n
- Drive a continuous improvement and quality-focused culture across the facility.
/n
- Support accreditation, audits, reporting and other regulatory requirements.
/n
- Promote effective communication, teamwork and positive workplace culture.
/n
- Support Work Health and Safety, risk management and incident reporting across the facility.
/n
- Work collaboratively with the Facility Manager, Regional/Head Office teams and People & Culture where required.
/n
- Participate in on-call responsibilities where applicable.
/n The Facility Manager/leadership position requires strong leadership and team-building capability, experience in aged care or a health-related environment,
and the ability to provide quality care and support to older people in a residential setting./n

WHAT YOU'LL NEED/n /n
- Current AHPRA registration where applicable
/n
- Relevant experience in Australian Residential Aged Care
/n
- Experience in a Clinical Team Lead, Clinical Care Coordinator, Care Manager or Facility Manager capacity, depending on the role
/n
- Working rights in Australia
/n
- Up-to-date COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
/n
- Valid Police Check
/n
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, where required
/n
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
/n
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different aged care environments
